Rain support team non existent

Do not go into business with Rain.

After internet connectivity problems with my 5G rain router in the first view days, I have been emailing them constantly and the only response they give is that an agent will be in contact with you.

It has been a week and no one has contacted me back They canceled my wifi, refuse to get in contact to explain the problem.

Rain customer service is non existent.
