Rain Support team needs an improvement

I had an issue with an incorrect debit. After speaking to numerous support team members who believed the debit was correct and denied my refund, I eventually received an email to say I will be refunded and I have since been refunded.

Apart from the hassles of debiting, my time with rain was seamless and I was happy.
