Rain support sucks!!!
Paid my accounts outstanding balance more than 2 weeks ago and was promised it would be updated on my account but to today nothing!!! My account was now suspended for a payment I made 2 weeks + ago!!! Sent over 15 emails but received no reply on the last 5 to 10 of them. They are very very unreliable and unprofessional
