Rain Support Sucks

I've requested for a sim card to be cancelled in March and it has not been cancelled. Rain deducted from my account and i've been sending them tickets to close the sim card and return my money. SIm card number; ***. Their new support system sucks and we can't call them to follow up on our queries. I need this ****en sim cancelled and my money returned.
