Rain support service is BAD

I did the upgrade from 4G to 5G and after the upgrade consultant doesn't inform you that when doing the upgrade they doing cancel the the current package they give you the upgrade and bill you for two packages. When you complain they just say you never asked. The service is extremely poor just as bad as Telkom. First cancel your 4G before doing an upgrade. Disappointed ?
