RAIN SUPPORT PATHETIC

They have failed me i think its pathetic service i get from this internet service provider. I have written to them emails still no living human being has attempted to respond to my email. I get automated responses as if the company does not have human employees to attend to me. I have beem saying i am out of the country and i am not using my SA registered cell phone number and only emailing can do. They keep billling and getting money when i am mot using their router. Fpr months now i am Paying for the router i dont use yet they claim it is their property. I am on record that i sought that they close it or disconnect as i am away. They did not and it is even disonnected from electricity
