Rain support not listening
26 Feb in the evening my 101 stopped working. (Offline from rain side) Tried everything the bot suggested but still nothing. Called the call center and they did not listen to what I had to say just interupted me to tell me what to do to fix the problem at long last I got the message thru. I was then told a advanced tech will contact me
