Rain support non existent
Tried to pay monthly fee early via internet. I logged into my account but found no available option on the portal. I tried contacting support 5 times but just got a notice back stating they will contact me soon. Tried phoning but the phone just rings. There is no email address for Rain support that works...tried them all , so contacting them is impossible. To sum it up, RAIN does not have a support/customer care . I decided due to that , to close my account and go to another provider. They are absolutely useless and urge people to stay away from them.

It has to take me to post on "hellopeter" before Rain respond's. Just by the way, I still have not heard from the support team up until now. So sorry but my account is payed from the 15th to the 15th of every month. Please close the account as I will not be requiring Rains service no longer and no payment will be forth coming .
