Rain Support Network Issue.

I have logged a ticket for Network Issue Since February till now is not resolved we do not have Network in Rabieridge ext 2 since February 2019 till. we have logged many many ticket but when asking for an update we told that its under investigation.

very dad support and they will also tell you that they do not have any SLA for network issue.
