Rain Support is useless

Last week and Tuesday, I upgraded my previous Rain package to Rain 101. Since then I have constant internet problems, weak signal of no signal. Daily and sometimes even twice a day, I phone Rain Support. They, support, acknowledge that they can see all my previous call made to them. Every time Support promise me that the problem will be escalated to the technical department and a technician will phone me. To date, no technician phoned me and the feeling I've got is that Support is lying about the so-called technical department. This is pathethic, my business is very depended on stable internet. Thus, it leaves me with one conclusion, stay away from Rain.
