Rain support is useless!

Rain internet works well mostly, it rarely goes down but recently international traffic has been sluggish. I have a VPN in Europe for work, over the past 2 weeks nearly every day the VPN is sluggish.

It's not a VPN provider issue, I switched to my mobile data and the VPN is fast and working. It's something related to international traffic.

If you call the call centre, they tell you to move the device. My device has been in the same spot for a couple years now, it's not a signal issue. Something is wrong with international traffic on your network.

Support engineers are poorly trained, and they almost never respond to emails. I sent an email 2 weeks ago relating to a different matter, still no response!
