Rain support is unreachable.

My 5G has only been providing 4G for the past two weeks. I have logged 3 email requests that nobody has bothered responding to. I phoned, and the first time the support assistant said that the whole Pretoria was experiencing issues which would be sorted out on the same day. it was not. Now they are not answering their email.
