Rain Support is unacceptable!

I upgraded my 4G Rain to Rain One 5G on the 12 September 2023. I tried to use the SIM cards that came with the product but they did not work even after getting a sms saying they have been activated. The 5G data SIM does not work and does not connect to the 4G or 5G network. I have sent emails and have been informed they will contact me, but nobody has called me since 12 September. I have tried to call but you are told to wait and they never answer their phones. Support at Rain is pathetic and needs to be improved. I am seriously considering cancelling everything as I cannot get help with any of my issues. And I see now they want to charge me for two plans even after sending in a cancellation of my 4G plan. Come on RAIn you can do better. Call me on ***. If you don’t call me I will have to take this further!
