Rain support is non-existant
On the 4th of Aug I requested to be contacted by Rain with regard to a billing problem, I received a confirmation email, saying that I would be contacted within 24-48 hours, but I never was.
On the 6th of Aug, I requested to be contacted again, and I have still not been contacted.
It is now the 10th and I am yet to be contacted by anybody from Rain!
