Rain support is non existant.

I am seriously disappointed with Rain mobile. I really thought this would be one of the companies I could count on during the lockdown, but I guess not.

After having ordered a sim card for my mother, we've been having trouble to RICA it using the phone, which is the only way possible. We keep on getting error messages and have logged several complaints with them but have not received feedback in more than a week. This however didn't stop them from billing us at the end of March even though we've not yet received any service from them.
