Rain support is completely useless, and their product sucks#']

Rain used to provide me with good internet, but for the last few months my router frequently disconnects (like every 25-30 minutes)

I have sent SO MANY support requests to rain but they only ever sent me a single response

They told me to unplug router for 15 mins, then log into rain.co.za and choose 'optimise my signal'. When I told rain support that no such options exists on their website, they ignored me

I request help from rain every single day but I have not received any reply since

This will be my last month with rain if they do not solve this problem, or at least try

Very disappointed with Rain - would not recommend to anyone

Rain will swap my router. They could have done this ages ago but chose not to. They could solve this problem for all their customers but its cheaper for them to drag it out as long as possible. We see you, Rain.

You know exactly what you're doing. You know exactly who is using your outdated routers. You could easily swap the old routers that no longer work properly. But you won't. To save money.

Be warned. This is what Rain is.
