Rain Support Goes from Bad to Worse

After Rain responded to my last review, my matter was resolved, or so I thought. My sim cards were delivered, however they were not activated. After waiting for 3 days, I eventually called to request activation. In true Rain style, I was made to wait 10 minutes on the phone before the call was dropped. I called again, again after 10 minutes on the line, my call was finally answered. The lady told me that she would hand over my request to another team. A day has passed, my sim cards are still not activated. It appears that Rain support is just the worst. I thought my first experience was an isolated incident but I was wrong.
