RAIN Support defaulted account incorrectly Unproffesional

Rain's support is very unprofessional. Rain needs to clear my name at Easton Berry Attorneys Collections. Rain has incorrectly defaulted my account with them, but also rectified it by sending me an email confirming that I am up to date and don't owe them anything. I have send emails to Rain Support as Easton Berry wants Rain to contact them to rectify the incorrect information as to send them a cancellation letter to clear my name. I want this done ASSAP as it is very negative on my profile as actually I am not in default with rain or Easton Berry attorneys.
