Rain support bad.

Sorry I have to do this. One of my services with rain hasn't been work since the 18th of April (3 weeks) now. I logged a ticket that took a week before getting any response when the response acoording to site site is 24 hours. I suggested to activate a spare Sim I had because that would of been the easiest. Where I live isn't easy to find with no address to route to. Then there was no discussion about it and a new Sim was issued and no confirmation on the address and was sent to my work address with everything happening in the world my office is closed and working from home. I told support it would be a issue to send it to me. Then I tried to change the address with RAM which isn't a address but a farm plot. RAM destroyed the package. Then I tried for the last week to get a response from rain support and nothing. All I asked for is to activate a Sim I have and I didn't mind send any documents if needed.
