Rain support and customer fault resolution is very poor

If your router can have clear sight to their tower it works great however when things go wrong their support is shocking. Their support systems and responses are pathetic to say the least. The management team of this ISP need to step up and resolve their customer engagement processes and resolve problems rather than have support people that cannot help.

If they can improve this element they would probably keep customers, being promised and pushed to different people tick people off. So stop doing it.
