RAIN support and CEO is USELESS ... typical CEO mentality in SA
I wish I could give zero rating. We already had a SAPS run with rain for *****, now again, they cannot even do a simple transaction without issues and the support staff have NO idea what to do and as usual billing is a ghost department and the CEO is absent spending innocent victims' money ....
