Rain support agents are clueless and they repeat the same over and over, they'd keep saying they have escalated the matter but not provide a turnaround time. I submitted my query on 25 May and they haven't resolved it till today. I want to give thanks to one agent named Micah who showed really great soft skills and handled the matter professionally til I was calm and everything was explained clearly to me. This would be one star of Micah did not handle that call in the manner that she did. I hope my refund issue gets resolved promptly. The network so far is great no complaints but customer support really isn't that great, especially their social media dept. They ignore social media queries. Again thanks Micah for the excellent service you provided, tho my issue isn't yet resolved but you gave me hope that it will be resolved and I really hope I get my money back soon enough.
