@Suhaifa Sheik thank you so much for getting my sim connected. just 5min after posting my complaint u called. 10min later was up and running again after struggling for 3 days with ur support. i highly recommend a telephonic support cause this mail back and forth and untrained staff doesnt work. thanks again...day made!!!
