Rain - Suhaifa Sheik brilliant service

I have to commend Suhaifa Sheik from rain customer care on the best service ever. I received my sim card but for 6 1/2 weeks I could not get connected. I sent numerous messages to the customer-support page and never heard a thing. When I finally got connected, I sent a message to rain customer support and within a couple of days, I received my first message from Suhaifa Sheik. In the meantime, I also got disconnected due to being in arrears. I could not understand why, as I had not used any data at all. Suhaifa confirmed this and within minutes I was back on line. Suhaifa Sheik is an asset to rain!
