Rain Sucks,poor service

You guys should train your stuff and get your system in order.When I upgraded to 5G the website and the consultant in stores said”the 5G will automatically cancel the 4g”months later I am billed for two sim,I complained on Hellopeter and I was refunded portion of my money.Now rain again after a month of refund they attempt to bill me two sim again and the consultant has the audacity to raise voice and tell me the 4g sim was active in Jan.Which 4g if it was cancelled 😡 I would really not recommend anyone to use rain.Just get Fibre if you are in a fibre coverage area or get ADSL Rain sucks big time.
