Rain sucks-the worst service provider😡

I have been experiencing network problems since Tuesday. I can’t get through their call center. It is so unfair to pay R479 and still buy data for me to be able to work because of the internet issues at Rain. There is no explanation whatsoever from them. I can’t wait to end my relationship with them!!!!!! Can they tell us when this problem will end
