Rain sucks

Once you have fully settled your account and canceled the service, they still deduct money from your account and they refuse to refund your money. For over a month I have been calling them and they always "escalate" the matter... Trust me, Rain is absolutely terrible! They are basically just ******* taking your money for no reason at all and you will never receive any refund... Think very carefully before using this company! Besides, their internet service is absolutely ****, constantly dropping connections and terrible speed... Stay away!
