Rain Sucks!

Rain customer support absolutely suck!! Their employees are really slow and *********** for call centre, As I was on a call giving my details and mid call goes dead silent, I waited a a whole 5 min before dropping the call.

I sincerely hope I do not come into contact with that very same employee.
