Rain sucks- don't bother

I ordered wifi for my Granny but canceled when they told me I needed to be there in person. I've been waiting for 8 business days still no refund.

Mind you when I spoke to their ai it said they don't owe me anything, when I spoke to someone they told me I need to wait another 7-14 business days for their "billing department to respond and initiate a refund imagine!
