RAIN SUCKS

If there was a 0 review score I was going to give Rain that. Customer care is not clued up at all. First there was a mess up with delivering my sim-card, now my sim-card is not connecting, when I called it consultant advised they do not know what is wrong and they have to escalate this matter. I guess I will be waiting for another 2weeks to connect like I did to receive it. YOU SUCK!!!!!!!
