Rain Sucks!!!

RAIN is very annoying when it comes to their admin. Honestly, the network is not bad but their support sucks. You make an agreement that you will pay by debit order, then they don't process the debit, then you have to pay manually. Then the next month they pull the funds via debit order. You never know what to do. The agreement was that they debit my account on the 25th of each month, but yesterday they had already suspended my account without debiting (yesterday was the 25th by the way). I wondered why I did not have wifi yesterday. This morning, I go in via the Rain app, it's reflects as outstanding payment. I click on March for the invoice, NO INVOICE!!!!! Nevertheless, I proceed to pay but now it's not reflecting the payment when I check the payment history and in the same breath it says that the next payment is due on 25 April. What gives? Can you all make up your minds? Either the payment is via debit order or I pay manually. Choose one and stick to it, please. This uncer*****y is frustrating. Just Just decide, debit order or manual payment. Regards
