Rain sucks big time

Biggest pile of **** if experienced in forever.****sakes i have this internet for 3 days it is more disconnected than connected i can barely stream on youtube and my connection is suppose to be 30 meg a second.i cand get hold of any body working in that company.and worst of all is the querie rain has no such thing as a positive or active call back function simply get an email saying your querie has been resolved.but still the same ****
