RAIN SUCKS BIG TIME

Their service sucks big time. They send you a bill to pay, you pay the amount and then suddenly the payment amount higher than what you needed to pay. Then you get a bill and you suddenly have to pay triple the amount. What is with that. Then you log a complaint but they never answer. What must you do to get service feom them. I think it is time to name and shame these people and hopefully get service.
