Rain Sucks

I've had lots of bad experiences with rain before I even got my Sim card. The main problem is the constant ****py signal... The best download speed I've ever experienced was 160K/bs that's freaking KILOBYTES PER SECOND!!!!! IT WOULD TAKE, ON AVERAGE, 1HOUR TO DOWNLOAD A 30MB FILE!!!!

So I've decided to end this contract with them, but there aren't any tabs on the website anywhere that allow you to deactivated your Sim (Even though the say how easy it is to cancel your Sim all over the website)... This is such a ****... I know they will only contact me after the next billing...

No doubt they are the cheapest service provider out there, but their connections SUCK!!!!

I HOPE PEOPLE FROM RAIN SEE THIS, AND CONTACT ME ASAP!!!
