Rain sucks.

I have opened an account with Rain for 699 for home internet with router. The internet never worked for me, so I have decided to cancel the service, but there has been no response. When I wanted to buy i was bombarded with calls but when I want to cancel there has been no calls and no response to my logged tickets. I have raised about 10 tickets in 4 days yet no response. They use debit orders which is like giving control in their hands and then we suffer for all the wrong debit orders that we pay for the services we never use.
