Rain Sucks

What can I say all the people complaining before me said it all. A non existent support system, therefore this serves as a notice that I refuse to pay for this service, as it is not as advertised and I'm within my CPA right. I hope u see this message one day as it is impossible to get hold of anyone in your company.
