Rain Sucks

Oh my flying **** these people are beyond useless They are ****** and should be held accountable for all the theft they've committed They will activate your sim quick as possible but afterwards customer service is non existent They will also cancel your product quickly after you've had enough of the ****ty network speeds and only being able to use something 2 times a day But will continue to bill you for a service you don't have I was debited beginning of September for the months contract I tried getting it canceled on 26 September due to not even being able to use it for a week(a whole ****ing week but still they take your money)they immediately canceled it but I am still owed 5 days of the wifi for which I payed. If it were possible I would rate them minus 5 stars.
