RAIN SUCKS!!
Rain sucks, they are horrible, untrained employees who don't give s sh*t about their customers. They take your money and make promises and never deliver. My Wi-Fi has been off since 31 Dec 2021. I contacted them and they promised it will be sorted out in no time and I still contact them everyday with no response. STAY AWAY FROM RAIN!!!

13 Jan 2022, 15:04I have sent an email at 11:17am requesting the sim replacement and have not received any response up until now. Its like speaking to a brick wall as non of you respond to anything. I am waiting for my replacement sim card.. see my address provided on my email i sent.
