Rain Sucks

Hi there I would not recommend Rain to anyone there communication and service is really poor I paid for 5G WiFi recieved box and SIM was not Rica'd in almost 3 weeks of purchase I asked them to fix it or give my money back they chose to take their box back but now that I want my money back no body is responding to my emails or anything Rain really is a terrible internet provider.
