Rain Sucks.

I have been waiting for my refund since June 25, 2025. I wrote to Hello Peter and they rep**** saying they will resolve my matter, but they still have not gotten back to me till this day. Rain sucks big time.

My matter is always being escalated, yet when I called in this past week, I was told that nothing had been done. The lady said I should stop calling in, but how, when you guys never communicate? I am seriously over this. I just want my money back, please
