Rain Sucks
I have been using rain since 2O16 and i have been paying too much ghan i use and their internet is no longer working but keep paying too much our agreements was to pay on the last day of the month gor the past 4 months they can go to my bank account as they pleased on the 18th and they not found the money they switched off wifi i am so ****ed i asked them to cancel it they dont i will not recommend rain to other people anymore i will rather moved to fibre

21 Apr 2023, 15:35Our date is always be thenlast day of the month not mid month and i had been calling rain they put me on mute for 40 minites i have proof i asked for cancelation for a month now why its so hard to cancel the service we hardly use your internet due to internet problem we supose to be using much more but its not working if possible do cancelation on my rain
