Rain sucks

Rain is by far the worse network in the country. I've logged 13 tickets on there site. No one to today has got back to me. I try calling and they don't pick up there phones.i now have 2 references with logged via the chat , on both chats the consultant promised to be in touch with feedback.

I'm average speed is 0.15mb/s. I've asked the question multiple times now and rain refuses to answer it.

What's is the average speed I should expect from the rain service?

They just give some bull**** answer about why they can't answer the question.

Can someone from "rain" with some Brains and common sense. Please answer the question...

What's is average speed on LTE 4g a user should expect when using your network.

Whould you pay for service that's offers you 0.15mb/s ?
