Rain sucks

I had the displeasure of dealing with Rain. The service is web based, ordering is very smooth and easy, you enter all details online and a courier stops at your door 3 days later. Easy? WRONG!! They have your address, but FAIL to corroborate whether you have coverage in your area. Their support staff are useless, saying they pick up the sim in routers and devices when the sim is lying on the table, because it can literally connect to NOTHING! After days of back and forth emails, I’m told that there is no coverage in my area. Conveniently UNCHECKED at ordering stage where you are required to submit your address. Once again, conveniently there is a clause in their Ts & Cs where they will not refund you, even though THEY AS SERVICE PROVIDER fail to qualify whether they are able to provide you with the promised service in your area. This is a matter of principle, in today’s age as a service provider you should check where you deliver your hardware to!!! Why were no flags raised??? Now I sit with a sim that is completely useless to me! Adapt! Be the service provider you claim to be, and for heaven’s sake make sure you can provode the service!!!!!
