Rain sucks!

Rain offers terrible service! Bad network, bad customer service. I called in on the 26th of Oct to let them know I got hijacked and the router was in the car too. I explained to them that I had my passport in the car that was taken and hence I would like to cancel my service. They persuaded me and said I could get another router without need for presenting passport. I was told I would not get debited for Nov as i wasn't using it but here I am still paying for a service I'm not using.
