Rain sucks

The router and signal are great, but the service is terrible. My debit order went off on the 26th, which made my account paid up; the payment was received. I changed the debit order date because Rain deducts on the 25th, before my salary day. Because I changed the date Rain attempted to debit again on the 2nd, that debit order bounced because I already paid on the 26th. Now my account is overdue, and Rain does not want to reactivate my internet before I pay, but I paid on the 26th already. Every time I contact Rain, they "escalate" my concern. I think if rain escalates, that is just another term for ignore.
