RAIN SUCKS!!!!!!!

Rain is the worst service provider ever. I have logged tickets on their little app almost on a daily basis, but they never bother contacting me. I have sent an email to their supposed support email and received an automated reply stating that they do not answer support emails on that email address anymore. Now how am I supposed to get hold of them?

Our connection is the worst ever. It keeps dropping and it is very unstable. My children home school and I have opted to get them MTN with Go Bozza data in order for them to watch their class videos because Rain is so pathetic. Yet every month I must pay them..... for what????? Worst Worst internet service provider on the planet.
