Rain sucks

Good evening. I am highly ****ed with rain. Your support is up to ****. There is no way of getting you. Ask rain is soma ****. The bot doesn't help at all keeps sending emails to support but you never hear from support. My rain is off 3 days now. I made a promise to pay and paid the R150. Received email that my payment was received and promise to pay accepted. I want to pay outstanding amount over 4 weeks. Eventually today I got hold of support R30 airtime later. She changed tower to kinder kollege tower and said I should leave router off for 3 minutes then it will be right. She can see on her side the promise to pay arrangement and payment made. She would phone back to see if it's working. We are still offline. No network on router. PLEASE I need it fixed today
