RAIN SUCKS

RAIN, you got one star because they do not have a minus rating. You are the most useless service provider i have ever known. I logged two tickets that did not reflect on my account. both were regarding the fact that it seemed the connection was sometimes offline and it looked like i was being throttled, AND now your network goes offline during load shedding. seems the deal you got on buying old Sentech stuff is not that good. ONLY when i cancelled did i get a electronic response from you. You are essentially the ESKOM of internet providers.
