Rain SUCKS!!!!

The worst experience from any service provider ever. Do not make use of Rain - there are so many other service providers out there - here is my story:

I made use of Rain for quite some time (entry level), later upgraded only to find that the services remained unchanged and thereafter cancelled the subscription on the 23rd of December 2024. Received the automated communication from Rain. Upon returning to work in January 2025 I sent 3 x follow up emails requesting confirmation of the cancellation - NO RESPONSE.

I again followed up after a debit order ran off of my account for an UNDUE subscription. I called in and was given a hell of a run around only to be told that they would cancel my subscription immediately and arrange for the router to be collected. Said collection took place on the 10th of February 2025.

Now the battle comes in - when but when will I receive my subscription refund??????? I was told that there was usage on the line - Nonsense!!!! I enlisted with a new service provider in the meantime.... SERIOSLY - This company is an absolute JOKE!!!
