Rain subscriptions not getting cancelled, no response agents

I've been trying to cancel my Rain sim subscriptions since July 30th due to poor 100Kb data speed in my area.

Their AI assistant can only create tickets but nothing gets resolved, and gives false information on where to cancel on their website and mobile app, since the option is non existant, and no service agents have followed up with me since July 30th.

www.raingo.co.za website is offline and not accessible, and when it works, theirs no option to cancel.

"My Rain" app does not include the option to cancel, and so you are left at the mercy of either calling agents non stop and being shifted around between agents unable to fulfill the request.

Shouldnt there be some class action lawsuite filed against Rain for making it near impossible to cancel their service?
